Refund Policy

At LUX LOOK Beauty & Laser Clinic, we are committed to providing safe, professional, and high-quality treatments. Your satisfaction and comfort are very important to us. This Refund Policy has been designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly.

1. Consultation & Treatment Suitability
Every client receives a consultation before treatment to assess suitability and discuss expected outcomes. As individual results may vary depending on skin type, medical history, lifestyle, and aftercare, we cannot guarantee specific results.

2. Refunds for Prepaid Services

  • If you purchase a treatment package and decide not to continue before starting any session, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • If you have already used part of your package, the remaining unused sessions will be refunded based on the standard individual treatment price, less any discounts or promotional benefits received.

3. Unsatisfactory Experience
If you are unhappy with your treatment experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will carefully review your concerns and, where appropriate, offer:

  • A complimentary review appointment;

  • A corrective or touch-up treatment; or

  • A partial or full refund at the clinic’s discretion.

Our priority is always to find a fair solution that leaves you satisfied.

4. Promotions & Gift Cards

  • Promotional offers, discounted packages, and special event offers are generally non-refundable after the first treatment session has been completed.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.


5. Product Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or cause an adverse reaction confirmed during consultation.
Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
6. Appointment Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours before the appointment incur no charge.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee or result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.

  • In exceptional circumstances, we will always try to accommodate our clients fairly.

7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
